In the event that you purchase LovePuppy gear with a defect in material or workmanship, you can return the product within 30 days for full refund or exchange. Returned products must be clean and in re-sellable condition. Products that are not clean will be returned to the customer without consideration.

If you purchased directly from Lovepuppy, we will issue a cash refund up to 30 days after purchase date.
